REFIT | MAINTENANCE

If you have excessive matting or other issues from lack of aftercare that cause your appointment slot to over-run, an additional £25 per 30 mins cost applies.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION FEES
A non-refundable booking fee is required to book an appointment. The fee is 50% of your total appointment cost. This booking fee will then be deducted from the full price of your fitting/treatment.
If after confirming a booking, you decide you no longer want your hair extensions or no longer want the extensions fitted by Twenty Two, the booking fee will not be returned and any hair ordered will remain property of Twenty Two.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show up to your maintenance appointment, or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your appointment this balance cannot be carried forward to arranging another appointment, or be refunded.
FOR MOBILE APPOINTMENTS: the TFL travel charge & cost for travel time for my journey to/from you will be added on top of all appointments.
